Free Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $20.00 or more will receive free shipping!
Some products, however, are shipped with a flat shipping rate, and will be excluded from the free shipping offering. These products are shipped via a Third Party fulfillment service, and we can unfortunately not offer free shipping for these products. Products with flat rate shipping are marked as such at the Product level, and will also display the flat rate shipping price, which is calculated based on the product weight and size when packaged.

Shipping
We ship only within the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
Returns Policy
Only products that are damaged in transit or defective are eligible for a return or refund at this time. As a small business, we simply can not accept returns for new, unopened items. Please review products carefully prior to making a purchase.
In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note that we may ask for photographs of products that are defective or damaged.
